Paulo Barbosa, a PhD student in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), has successfully passed his PhD qualification milestone. His research, developed within the scope of the ALAMO project, focuses on federated forecasting for power systems, particularly on improving client selection strategies for 24-hour-ahead household electricity demand forecasting.
